Stair Section Sketches and Sketchup Models
The staircase that connects the upstairs studio space to the ground floor showroom relates to the theme of "Wave" derived from Bernabeifreeman. A pattern inspired by their basket is created by overlapping the three different sized boxes, imitating a tunnel. However, its open sides create a lightness to an otherwise closed off the structure. The stairs leading to the below ground studio space relates to the concept of "Structure" from Off White. The angled edges and oversized hanging supports embodies the brand's disregard for traditional forms.

While creating the model the box size order was altered, initially, it was a recurring pattern from largest to smallest. However, it was changed to better emulate the "Wave" theme (i.e. large, medium, small, medium, large etc.).
